After each having a week off, the Dysart Demons and the Kingman Bulldogs will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Dysart took a loss when they played away from home back in September, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed last Friday. Everything went their way against Shadow Mountain as they made off with a 40-14 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-14.

Dysart's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jevon Christmas led the charge by picking up 54 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 102 yards on only ten carries. Christmas has become a key player for the Demons: the team is 2-1 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 1-3 otherwise. Josiah Laborin was another key signal caller, throwing for 190 yards and three TDs.
Dysart didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Shadow Mountain to a completion percentage of just 41.9%. The team can thank Connor Stogner for the heroic effort on defense: he. Dysart hasn't an opponent to post a completion percentage of 0.52 or higher in three consecutive games.
Dysart didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Stogner led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by himself. He got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Meanwhile, Kingman got their first taste of in-conference action last Friday and they started things off strong. They walked away with a 21-13 victory over Odyssey Institute.
Dysart better keep an eye on D'ANTHONY BUSH. He was instrumental in Kingman's win, rushing for 110 yards and one score, while also throwing for 77 yards and one touchdown.
Dysart's record now sits at 3-4. As for Kingman, their win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-4.
Dysart took their victory against Kingman in their previous meeting back in October of 2020 by a conclusive 58-38 score. Will the Demons repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
