Baseball Recap: Bolsa Grande Takes a Loss

Bolsa Grande lost against Garden Grove back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Bolsa Grande lost 10-3 to Garden Grove. The Matadors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bolsa Grande saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Damien Montes De Oca, who went 1-for-4 with one home run. That home run marked the first that Montes De Oca launched this season. Rudy Carrillo was another, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Bolsa Grande's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Garden Grove, they moved to 4-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Bolsa Grande has already played their next matchup, a 19-13 defeat against Magnolia on the 18th. As for Garden Grove, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 11-0 victory against Westminster on the 14th.
