Basketball Recap: Central's Loss Ends Three-Game Winning Streak at Home

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 55-42 to the Annandale Cardinals. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Central's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 10-8. As for Annandale, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-8.

Central will take on Dassel-Cokato at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Dassel-Cokato knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Central likes a good challenge. As for Annandale, they will challenge Rockford at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Annandale's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four games.
