Softball Game Preview: ALA - Gilbert North Eagles vs. Prescott Badgers

The ALA - Gilbert North Eagles will head out to square off against the Prescott Badgers at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. ALA - Gilbert North comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

ALA - Gilbert North lost 12-2 to ALA - Queen Creek on Thursday.

Makenzi Ravelo was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, one triple, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Emery Smith, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in both of her plate appearances.

Meanwhile, Prescott fell victim to Coconino and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 12-0. The Badgers haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

ALA - Gilbert North's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Prescott, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
