Recap: Saucon Valley Panthers vs. Salisbury Township Falcons
The Saucon Valley Panthers entered their tilt with the Salisbury Township Falcons with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Saucon Valley came out on top against Salisbury Township by a score of 55-47 on Saturday. This was payback for Saucon Valley, who suffered a 43-38 defeat the last time these two teams met.
Jack Robertson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, almost dropping a double-double on 22 points and nine rebounds. He continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Adam Clark was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds.
Saucon Valley pushed their record up to 16-7 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points per game. As for Salisbury Township, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-8.
Saucon Valley will head out on the road to take on Palmerton at 6:05 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Palmerton's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last four contests. Salisbury Township does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
