Basketball Recap: Mill Creek Takes a Loss

Mill Creek lost against Buford back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Mill Creek Hawks fell 57-47 to the Buford Wolves.

Mill Creek's loss dropped their record down to 15-8. As for Buford, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 19-3.

Mill Creek and Buford should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings. Mill Creek (ranked 75th) will meet Mountain View (ranked 312th) at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Buford will take on Discovery at 7:00 p.m. on Friday up 96 places (21 vs. 117).
