Basketball Recap: Cooper City Skates Past Everglades with Ease

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Cooper City had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They breezed by the Everglades Gators to the tune of 58-29. The Cowboys' offense finally found a way to get into gear: the high-octane performance was a 180-degree turn from their last four games.

Cooper City moved to 5-14 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Everglades, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Cooper City will face off against Nova on Thursday. Nova is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.2 points per game this season. Everglades does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
