Mt. Pleasant had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They came out on top against the Oxford Wildcats by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Oilers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Mt. Pleasant's victory bumped their record up to 32-10-1. As for Oxford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 22-15-5.

Coming up, Mt. Pleasant will square off against North Branch at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Oxford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
