Baseball Recap: Post Takes a Loss

Post was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 11-6 to the Morton Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-5 on Tuesday.

Post saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Luca Perez, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI and one run. Daniel Carroll was another, going 1-for-3 with two runs.

Post's defeat dropped their record down to 4-17. As for Morton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Post nor Morton have any future games scheduled.
