Volleyball Recap: White Knoll Takes a Loss + How To Watch

White Knoll was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Timberwolves of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 21-25, 25-12.

Dutch Fork found their leader in freshman Paige Mundy, who had 11 digs and three aces. Those three aces set a new season-high mark for Mundy. Luna Valencia also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

White Knoll's loss dropped their record down to 2-5-2. As for Dutch Fork, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-5.

White Knoll wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Brookland-Cayce on the 20th. As for Dutch Fork, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Lexington on the 23rd.
