Softball Recap: Middletown North Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Middletown North's offense. They fell 3-0 to the Morris Catholic Crusaders on Saturday. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Middletown North's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Morris Catholic, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Middletown North will welcome Marlboro at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Morris Catholic, they will look to defend their home field on Monday against Madison at 4:00 p.m. The Crusaders are facing the Dodgers at the right time seeing as the Dodgers are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
