Baseball Game Preview: Hunterdon Central Red Devils vs. Hackettstown Tigers

If Hunterdon Central beats Hackettstown with five runs on Wednesday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two contests with that exact score. The Red Devils narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Bridgewater-Raritan 5-4. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Red Devils.

Jack Edwards tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over six innings pitched.

Hackettstown's victory bumped their record up to 11-4-1. As for Hunterdon Central, the win got them back to even at 10-10.
