Football Recap: Fairmont Prep Takes a Loss

Fairmont Prep fell victim to Mission Viejo and their airtight defense on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Diablos and fell 39-0.

Fairmont Prep has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season. As for Mission Viejo, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-11.

Coming up, Fairmont Prep will challenge Pacifica Christian at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tritons' defense has only allowed 12.6 points per game this season, so the Huskies' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Mission Viejo, they will venture away from home to challenge Trabuco Hills at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
