Ottawa suffered their biggest loss since January 24th on Friday. They were beaten by the Kaneland Knights 78-32. The defeat continues a trend for the Pirates in their meetings with the Knights: they've now lost seven in a row.

Ottawa's loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Kaneland, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Ottawa will take on Morris at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Kaneland, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against West Aurora at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
