Volleyball Recap: Elkhart Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Elkhart Christian Academy lost against Goshen HomeSchool back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell just short of the Blue Blazers by a score of 2-1. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Elkhart Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: freshman Addy Trovatore had ten digs and two aces.

Elkhart Christian Academy now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Goshen HomeSchool, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Coincidentally, Elkhart Christian Academy and Goshen HomeSchool will both be playing Lakeland the next time they take the court. The Eagles will head out to face the Lakers at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, while the Blue Blazers will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
