Baseball Preview: Hampshire Trojans vs. Lewis County Minutemen

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Hampshire turned things around against Berkeley Springs on Thursday. They came out on top against the Indians by a score of 6-3.

The Minutemen not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 12th (when they won 13-3).
Lewis County's victory was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Hayes, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Lewis County's win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-13. As for Hampshire, their victory bumped their record up to 6-12.
