Soccer Recap: Bryan Comes Up Short

After flying high against Omaha Northwest on Tuesday, Bryan came back down to earth. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Burke Bulldogs who were credited with the win on Saturday. The Burke Bulldogs got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Bryan Bears' two. Bryan haven't had much luck with Burke recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Bryan's defeat dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Burke, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 4-11 record.

Bryan does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Burke, they have already played their next matchup, a 15-0 loss against Lincoln Southwest on the 5th.
