Volleyball Recap: Clear Lake Picks Up Fifth Consecutive Victory

Clear Lake entered their tilt with Durand-Arkansaw on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Panthers.

Clear Lake was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-16, 22-25, 25-15, 25-20.

Natalie Jarchow paced Clear Lake's offense, picking up 16 kills. Jarchow got some help from Ayla Monson and her 48 assists. Jarchow was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Clear Lake's win bumped their record up to 18-8. As for Durand-Arkansaw, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-6 record this season.

Clear Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Mondovi on the 25th. As for Durand-Arkansaw, they have also already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Elmwood/Plum City on the 25th.
