Football Recap: Ragsdale Tigers vs. Olympic Trojans
Ragsdale and Olympic squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Ragsdale had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Trojans, falling 35-0. Considering the last time the Tigers couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.
Sion Stevenson threw for 64 yards on ten of 22 attempts. Hertsel Smith was his top target, picking up 31 receiving yards.
Bryce Nixon had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 153 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.5 yards per carry for Olympic. With that strong performance, Nixon is now averaging an impressive 102.6 rushing yards per game. Olympic also got a significant boost from Chance Cato, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 81 yards.
