Baseball Recap: Lewis County Takes a Loss

Lewis County lost against Spring Hill back in March of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Lewis County Panthers took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spring Hill Raiders.

Brayden Whitlow made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-3. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in stolen bases.

Lewis County now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Spring Hill, their record is now 3-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lewis County will head out to take on Summit at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Spring Hill, they will head out on the road to challenge White House-Heritage at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. White House-Heritage will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Spring Hill surely won't give up without a fight.
