Volleyball Recap: West Potomac Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West Potomac can now relate to. They lost 3-0 to the West Springfield Spartans on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Wolverines in their meetings with the Spartans: they've now lost eight in a row.

West Springfield's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Audrey Busch led the charge by getting 12 digs and eight aces. Those eight aces gave Busch a new career-high. Sabrina Kleiman was another key player, getting four digs and four aces.

West Potomac's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12-1. As for West Springfield, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 19 of their last 20 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 27-2 record this season.

West Potomac does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Springfield, they will welcome Patriot at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
