Volleyball Recap: Brillion Picks Up Fourth Straight Win on the Road

Brillion lost to Oconto back in September of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Lions came out on top against the Blue Devils by a score of 2-0.

While Brillion won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 27-25, 25-8.

Emma Schuh paced Brillion's offense, picking up seven kills. Schuh got some help from Reina Eijtjes and her 18 assists. Cora Tamm controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Brillion's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. As for Oconto, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Brillion has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Clintonville on the 13th. Oconto has also already played their next match (against Shawano Community), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
