Soccer Recap: South-Doyle's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

South-Doyle had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the East Ridge Pioneers as they made off with a 6-1 victory. The result was nothing new for South-Doyle, who have now won 11 matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting East Ridge from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Roger Oseguera Cruz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

South-Doyle's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-1-3. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three contests. As for East Ridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-4 record this season.

As of now, neither South-Doyle nor East Ridge have any future games scheduled.
