Football Recap: Freedom Comes Up Short at Home Against Wharton + How To Watch

Freedom unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They were outmatched by the Wharton Wildcats and fell 37-0. The Patriots have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Christopher Hilton was the offensive standout of the matchup as he picked up 66 receiving yards and two TDs.

Looking ahead, Freedom will face off against Chamberlain at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wharton, they will take on Tampa Bay Tech at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
