Basketball Game Preview: Colfax Vikings vs. Spring Valley Cardinals

Colfax hasn't had much luck against Spring Valley recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Colfax Vikings will head out to take on the Spring Valley Cardinals at 7:15 p.m. Colfax has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 199 points over their last three contests.

Having struggled with four defeats in a row dating back to last season, Colfax turned things around against Boyceville on Thursday. They walked away with a 70-61 win over the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, Spring Valley earned a 43-32 victory over Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cardinals.

Colfax's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Spring Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 3-1.

Colfax lost to Spring Valley on the road by a decisive 61-43 margin when the teams last played back in February. Can Colfax avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
