Volleyball Recap: Live Oak Beats Walker for Their Third Straight Victory

Live Oak had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Walker Wildcats by a score of 3-1. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory the Wildcats walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 23-25, 25-21.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kennedy Jones, who had 13 digs.

The win got Live Oak back to even at 5-5. As for Walker, their record is now 2-8.

Live Oak didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 victory against Central on the 18th. As for Walker, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Ponchatoula on the 18th.
