Volleyball Recap: Detroit Lakes Comes Up Short

Detroit Lakes saw some tournament action on Friday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Delano Tigers.

Among those leading the charge was Kaelyn Wittwer, who had ten digs and one assist. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Detroit Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Delano, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Looking ahead, Detroit Lakes will welcome Perham at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Delano, they have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Grand Rapids on the 13th.
