Softball Recap: Adirondack Wildcats vs. Waterville Indians
Adirondack had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 13-run drubbing they dealt Waterville on Monday. The Wildcats were the clear victors by a 14-1 margin over the Indians. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Allison Croniser made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
