Preview: Medicine Lodge vs. Caldwell
After two weeks on the road, Medicine Lodge is heading back home. On Friday they will take on Caldwell at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close contest.
Medicine Lodge came into their this week averaging 42.83 points per game, but Medicine Lodge fell well short of that average, and it cost them. They have to be aching after a bruising 9-38 loss to Argonia/Attica last Friday. Medicine Lodge's low-scoring loss was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the game before.
Meanwhile, Caldwell entered their match against Udall without any home losses -- but there's a first time for everything. Caldwell took a hard 42-62 fall against Udall. Caldwell were down by 30-56 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
