Soccer Game Preview: Tarpon Springs vs. Seminole + How To Watch

Tarpon Springs is 0-7-1 against Seminole since December of 2015 but things could change on Thursday. The Spongers will head out on the road to square off against the Warhawks at 8:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Tuesday, Tarpon Springs didn't have quite enough to beat Tampa Catholic and fell 2-1.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Seminole was not quite Northeast's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Vikings by a score of 1-0. Seminole have struggled against Northeast recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Seminole's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-1. As for Tarpon Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4-1.

Tarpon Springs suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Seminole in their previous matchup back in November of 2024. Can the Spongers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
