Baseball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 28-2 to the Easton Warriors. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Jaguars have suffered since April 25, 2024.

Washington saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cole Miles, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Washington's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Easton, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Washington will take on Crisfield at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Easton, they will square off against North Caroline at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
