Basketball Recap: Pendleton Takes a Loss

Pendleton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were beaten by the Winder-Barrow Bulldoggs 64-25. The Bulldogs lost against the Bulldoggs in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 32-28 score last time.

Pendleton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Winder-Barrow, their victory bumped their record up to 10-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Pendleton will be taking part in a tournament against Hart County at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Winder-Barrow, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Discovery at 3:00 p.m. on the 30th.
