American had lost three straight on the road, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 4-14 to make it four. They took a 6-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kennedy Titans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Titans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Wednesday.

American got a good showing from Micah Boo, who struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off six hits. Boo has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks any time he's pitched this season.
