Campbell is 9-1 against South Cobb since January of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Campbell Spartans are taking a road trip to square off against the South Cobb Eagles at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Campbell has ten straight victories, South Cobb has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Last Tuesday, Campbell made easy work of Osborne and carried off a 54-32 win. The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine contests by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, South Cobb ended up a good deal behind Harrison on Tuesday and lost 49-32. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 306th, while the Hoyas are ranked 50th).

Campbell's victory bumped their record up to 16-1. As for South Cobb, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-10.

Everything came up roses for Campbell against South Cobb in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as the squad secured a 64-15 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Campbell since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
