Baseball Recap: Malvern Comes Up Short

Tyler Cobb made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last four games he's played.

Malvern has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-14 record this season. As for East Canton, their victory bumped their record up to 6-14.

Malvern wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-6 win against Wellsville on the 15th. As for East Canton, they have also already played their next contest, an 11-3 victory against Waterloo on the 15th.
