It was a proper cat-fight when Oak Grove duked it out with Ouachita Parish on Saturday. The Tigers were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Lions. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Oak Grove's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Ouachita Parish, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-15 record this season.

Oak Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ouachita Parish, they will challenge St. Frederick at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The Warriors' pitching crew has only allowed 3.3 runs per game this season, so the Lions' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
