Basketball Recap: Struthers Comes Up Short

Struthers lost to South Range back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats took a 58-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders. The Wildcats' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it seven in a row.

Struthers' loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for South Range, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 9-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Struthers will take on rival Lakeview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, South Range is set to square off against their familiar foe McKinley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
