The Myrtle Point Bobcats didn't have quite enough to beat the South Umpqua Lancers on Tuesday and fell 3-2. The loss put an end to the Bobcats' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Myrtle Point fell to 2-1. As for South Umpqua, their win bumped their record up to 4-2.

Coming up, Myrtle Point will take on Lowell at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Umpqua, they will square off against Estacada at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
