Soccer Recap: Windsor Forest Takes a Loss

Windsor Forest pushed their score to seven the last time they played Jenkins, but on Friday they couldn't quite do it again. Windsor Forest fell just short of Jenkins by a score of 1-0. Windsor Forest were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Jenkins earlier this season, when they won 7-6.

Windsor Forest has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. The victory made it two in a row for Jenkins and bumps their season record up to 3-11.

Windsor Forest and Jenkins will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matchups. The next time Windsor Forest sees the pitch they'll take on Hardeeville at 5:00 p.m. on April 10. As for Jenkins, their break will end when they face Bradwell Institute at 5:00 p.m. on April 11.
