Basketball Recap: Alief Elsik's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Alief Elsik won the last time they faced George Ranch and things went their way on Friday too. The Alief Elsik Rams enjoyed a cozy 51-35 victory over the George Ranch Longhorns. Given the Rams' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 361st, while the Longhorns are ranked 796th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, George Ranch had strong showings from Hailey Kulcak, who posted 11 points and six rebounds, and Genesis Obanla, who had nine points and four steals.
