Santee was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from third to first in Southern. The Falcons defeated Belmont 27-7 earlier in the week.
Los Angeles moved up to 937 from 971 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Romans climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Animo South Los Angeles 44-8.
Santee's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Falcons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Diego Sanchez has thrown for 105 yards and 2 touchdowns this season, while Sheldon Arnold has 2 catches for 80 yards.
Santee's Arnold is a mere 18 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season. In 66 carries Arnold has put up 982 yards this year.
