Softball Recap: West Point Comes Up Short

West Point managed to slip by Charles City the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Pointers lost 15-9 to the Panthers on Tuesday.

West Point has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season. As for Charles City, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Coming up, West Point is taking a road trip to challenge King & Queen Central at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Charles City, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hopewell at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
