Ridge Point has gone a perfect 10-0 against Fort Bend Bush recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Ridge Point Panthers will venture away from home to square off against the Fort Bend Bush Broncos at 7:15 p.m. Ridge Point is coming into the contest hot, having won their last nine games.

It was a proper cat-fight when Ridge Point took on Fort Bend Travis on Tuesday. Ridge Point walked away with a 2-0 win over Fort Bend Travis. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Tigers are ranked 344th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Fort Bend Bush has been on a difficult stretch since their win on January 24. They fell just short of Fort Bend Hightower by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday.

Ridge Point's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 36 goals over those eight games. As for Fort Bend Bush, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-10.

Everything went Ridge Point's way against Fort Bend Bush in their previous matchup back in January, as Ridge Point made off with an 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ridge Point since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
