Volleyball Recap: Baldwin Takes a Loss

Baldwin lost against West Franklin back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 3-2.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Baldwin sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 24-26, 25-15, 22-25, 15-10.

Baldwin has been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 12 contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13-2 record this season. As for West Franklin, their victory ended a five-match drought at home and bumped them up to 7-13.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Baldwin will take on Eudora on Tuesday. As for West Franklin, they will venture away from home to challenge Chase County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
