Oak Park waltzed into their game on Tuesday with 14 straight wins... but they left with 15. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Grain Valley Eagles. For the Northmen, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Eagles walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Oak Park walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-22, 24-26, 25-22.

Will Strub paced Oak Park's offense, picking up 22 kills. Strub got some help from Brian Vergara and his 51 assists. Finally, Parker Iverson kept Oak Park's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Oak Park's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-5. As for Grain Valley, they moved to 14-7-1 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.
