Volleyball Recap: Thomas Jefferson Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Thomas Jefferson, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They put the hurt on Denver Waldorf with a sharp 3-0 win on Monday. This was payback for Thomas Jefferson, who suffered a 3-2 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Thomas Jefferson never let Denver Waldorf on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21, 25-23.

Among those leading the charge was Hassan Almutkassi, who had nine digs and three aces. That's the most aces he has posted since back in March.
