You can't lose the game if you win every quarter, and that was precisely Calvary Baptist's strategy against Crossroads Christian on Tuesday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Calvary Baptist Cougars blew the Crossroads Christian Warriors out of the water with a 74-13 final score. The Cougars have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Calvary Baptist to victory were Medard Dabire and Nathan Moussa. Dabire went 9 for 10 on his way to 18 points and six rebounds, while Moussa went 9 of 11 on his way to 19 points and five steals. That's the most points Moussa has posted since back in November of 2023. The team also got some help courtesy of Martin Malual, who went 5 of 6 on his way to 10 points and three steals.

The win made it two in a row for Calvary Baptist and bumps their season record up to 13-5. As for Crossroads Christian, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calvary Baptist will venture away from home to take on Packinghouse Christian Academy on Thursday. As for Crossroads Christian, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against The Grove School at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
