Volleyball Recap: BVCHEA Homeschool Starts off Right with Win over New Waverly

BVCHEA HomeSchool gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They blew past the New Waverly Bulldogs 3-0. The Mustangs not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 7, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-19, 25-15.

Ellie Karasek paced BVCHEA HomeSchool's offense, picking up nine kills. Karasek got some help from Brilee Patterson and her 20 assists. Camdyn Mangum controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

BVCHEA HomeSchool wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Riesel on the 14th. As for New Waverly, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Hyde Park on the 14th.
