Volleyball Recap: Taft Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

While Taft didn't have the best season last year (they finished 15-26), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Bastrop Bears by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Raiders sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Taft found their leader in sophomore Taylor Lee, who had 11 assists and two aces.

Taft's win bumped their record up to 13-5. As for Bastrop, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-7.

Taft has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Seguin on the 28th. As for Bastrop, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Devine on the 28th.
