Baseball Recap: Linton-Stockton Takes a Loss

Linton-Stockton fell victim to Barr-Reeve and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Vikings, falling 6-0. The Miners haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Linton-Stockton's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Barr-Reeve, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Linton-Stockton will head out to take on Shakamak at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Barr-Reeve, they will be taking part in a tournament against Jasper on Friday.
